Our Mission Statement
Volunteer Nevada! provides Nevada citizens with the opportunity to utilize their skillsets in support of integrity in our election processes and common-sense state and national election legislation, thereby enhancing the welfare of the citizens of Nevada.
Background
Our Constitution was written to support a government “of the people, by the people and for the people”. The Senate and House of Representatives, at the national and state levels are made up of individuals elected by the people, to be representatives of the people and to enact legislation for the protection and benefit of the people.
Over time, corruption, greed and unconstitutional policies have led to legislation that no longer serves the best interests of the people. Our election process, in particular, has been sabotaged before our very eyes. We placed our confidence in the people we put in office and they have failed and betrayed our trust.
We must all take up the job of paying close attention to what our representatives are doing, voicing our opinions and demanding correction, justice and retribution wherever necessary. We must act immediately…before we lose our right to act.
Our Strategy
Volunteer Nevada! is currently training Nevada citizens in how to observe the elections, identify any infractions of election code laws, document these infractions and initiate corrective action.
Our goal is to build teams in every county and Carson City. These teams will recruit and manage the volunteers in their area.
These teams will:
* Observe Nevada elections
* Support proper maintenance of Nevada Voter Registration Rolls
* Lobby for common sense legislation
* Support other Organizations who represent our beliefs and values
